- This is the first
e-mail sent out by Kate outlining the first of the procedures to be used
by host clubs.
Boiler Plate Document - This is a word
document that can be used as a template to create your Champ information
that will be sent to the clubs and posted on the website.
Championship Management - This is Section J of the League
operating plan outlining the host club responsibilities.
Champ Entry Count - This is the average count of swimmer
entries over the past few years. Use this information to help
determine numbers of volunteers by club needed.

Since we will be concentrating on the League Championship meets this
season as far as standardizing documentation we will be leaving the
Division Championship procedures basically the same as past seasons.
Remember to check the Archives for copies of
past Division Champ documentation to use as a guide.
Rolling Hills has already submitted their documentation for this season
