2010 Annual Spring Meeting

Please join us on Thursday April 15th for the 2010 Annual Spring meeting which will be held at Newport Hills.
The Board has yet to secure a 2010 League Treasurer candidate. Please help the League by asking your membership for viable volunteers. Those interested should contact Ron Griffin at Ronald.griffin@hotmail.com.
The 2010 League Calendar & League Schedule (presented as a “scoreboard”) can be found on the website and will be continually updated as trainings, meetings and championship meets are scheduled.
Parent Reps please remember to bring to the meeting the following:
Please refer to the Parent Rep Responsibilities posted on the League Info/Documentation & Forms page of the website for more details regarding preparation for the Spring Meeting. One change in those responsibilities is that it is not necessary to bring directions to your pool to the meeting if your website address is posted on the League site as we assume that your site provides driving directions. Please check the website Club Info page for corrections and additions.
We will be breaking into discussion groups by Division at the end of the meeting. Please be prepared to volunteer to host your Division’s B-Championships or Championship Meets, if necessary.
Parent Reps and Coaches, if you are no longer representing your club, please do the following:
We are now asking that all club Stroke & Turn Officials and Starters also complete the Contact Information Form. This will allow Scott Allen to have the option of contacting your club officials directly if necessary. Please contact your club officials and starters and ask them to submit this information.
