HY-TEK and Vista

All HY-TEK product CDs shipped in 2007 include the Windows Installer software required when installing HY-TEK products on a computer running Microsoft's Vista Operation System.  If you are having problems installing a HY-TEK product CD that you were shipped prior to 2007 and you are running Windows Vista, you will probably need to order a replacement CD.  You can order a replacement CD from Hy-tek Online Store or by calling the Sales Office toll free at 866.456.5111.

Meet Manager Basics

• IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ATTEND MEET MANAGER TRAINING EACH YEAR AS MIDLAKES REQUIREMENTS OFTEN CHANGE WITH SOFTWARE UPGRADES. This document for beginner scorekeepers will walk you through setting up a meet in Meet Manager thru printing out final reports after scoring the meet.  This documentation refers to the 2.0Fg version of MM.  Please make sure that you take into consideration changes to the software if you upgrade.

Officials DQ Cheat Sheet 

• This is a list potential disqualification scenarios and what recommended wording should be written on the disqualification form. This is not meant to be an all-inclusive list nor is it to be used as a checklist to verify correct stroke and turn execution. Please refer to the Midlakes Swim Plan and the USA Swimming Rulebook (and interpretations) for valid swimming stroke and turn descriptions and rules. If you need additional clarification, please contact the Midlakes Officials Chair or your referee/starter.

BDQ Reporting Procedures and Instructions for Entering the Midlakes ChampiThursonship Meet

• BDQ times are due to Jeff Lowell via e-mail on Friday 7/9 by 7 pm.  This information will verify B-Disqualification times for your swimmers and review procedures for entering 2010 Finals.  Please contact Jeff Lowell if you have any questions.

• Championship Meet entries are due to Jeff Lowell on Friday 7/16 by 10am at Samena.

Division Champ Regulations - This is Section H of the League Operating Plan outlining entry regulations for the Divisional Championship meets.

2011 BDQ Times - no relays

• This is a hard copy of the 'B' Disqualification times that are imported into both the Meet Manager and Team Manager programs.  (The import file will be provided to all who attend training.)  Swimmers reaching these times in the stroke indicated no longer qualify to swim that event at a B-Meet.
