Please join us on Wednesday March 16th for the 2011 Annual
Spring meeting which will be held at Newport Hills.
Parent Reps please remember to bring to the meeting the following:

regarding preparation for the Spring Meeting.
Also, please check the website

page for corrections and additions to your clubs information.
Submit changes to the
webmaster.
Although the official League Swim schedule will not be available until
after the Spring meeting, the
2011 League Calendar
can be found on the website and will be continually updated as
trainings, meetings and championship meets are scheduled.
You will notice a change in the Calendar format this season which
will offer the ability to link more information to the event date.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourselves with the calendar.
Your comments and questions can be submitted to the
webmaster.
We will be breaking into discussion groups by Division at the end of the
meeting. Please be prepared
to volunteer to host or co-host a Championship Meet.
Remember
that the League will again support the host clubs monetarily.
Parent Reps and Coaches, if you received this information but are no
longer representing your club, please do the following:
Please remind your club Stroke & Turn Officials and Starters to also
complete the
Contact Information Form for the 2011 season.
This will allow the League Officials Rep, Scott Allen, the option
of contacting your club officials directly with important information
throughout the season.
